What did you learn about your own behavior causing those reactions?

In fact people went out of their way to create rumours to question my integrity. When I was asked to leave from my last job the aggregation of back stabbing and brown nosing hit me like a tonne of bricks. There was no going back simply because this is a game I do not want to play.
