Impact dao meets neighborhood investment trusts?

I’m meeting today with two top researchers, thought leaders in the impact dao space. I want to know if you can use impactdaos as the backbone of a network connecting several different community commercial real estate projects that create community ownership in BIPOC neighborhoods. The four funds are already sharing and pooling a new funding vehicle that gets them the catalytic, patient, risk taking, flexible, capital their projects are missing.

The fact that they are sharing a scarce resource is the thing that’s new. Sharing it to create it in a parched landscape.
